Auto delivery prints out more than 200 copies
I've started using this software and if I can get it to work, it's going to be a godsend. The issue I'm having has to do with auto delivery mode. I currently have a report set to run everyday at 8am and print 1 copy to a remote printer. Manually, I can get the report to export and to print fine. I send Crystal Delivery to the tray in auto mode and when the report runs, it ends ups sending over 200 copies of the document to the printer, using up all the paper and ofcourse filling the print queue. In the settings I have it set to print 1 copy in landscape format. As a test, I tried the auto deliver mode while sitting in front of the computer. I set the time to 2 minutes from my current time to see if it would work. This ran without a hitch and printed 1 copy. The problem occurs when I leave it unattended. I usually lock my computer at night, so I don't know if this could be a cause. I have to manually cancel the job to get it to stop. I usually have the start and end times about 1 minute apart (ie. start time is 10:02AM and end time is 10:03AM). I even tried setting the start and end times to be the same, there was no change. Anyone else ever seen this? Any ideas?
