Connection Parameters
Hi I love this software but am having problems running some reports that calculate durations of calls in HEAT. For example we run some crystal reports that calculate how long a call has been outstanding on out database. With HEAT these types of reports prompt for the normal login to the database then prompt again for a "SQL Server Login". Basically it is a box that has "use trusted connection" tick box then an area to enter the database username and password. Probem is, the report starts to run in crystal ease BUT stops and then prompts for these login details, therefore i cant automate them :( Anyone come across this issue using HEAT and crystal Delivery? I pressume there must be some parameter i cant enter in the Connections tab in cystal delivery to specify the username and password? An answer to this would be really useful Thks in advnace :)
