Crystal Delivery 5.8.0
I have upgraded to Crystal Rerports XI so all future releases of CD will be based on XI. CD should still support Crystal Reports v9, v10, and possibly v8.5. With XI, Business Objects no longer supplies a list of runtime file requirements. Instead, developers are required to use the included merge modules when building the install. The upside of this is that there should not be any more issues with missing files in the install package and possibly better compatability. The downside is that the install is huge (64.5MB) since the merge module include every possible support file. Also, the merge modules required me to rebuild the install using Microsoft Visual Studio Installer since my normal install builder does not support merge modules. I am still learning how to tweak the install process with this new program so if you have issues with the install, please let me know. Future upgrades (not the full install) will remain fairly small, but to get to CD v5.8.0, you must do a full install. Here is the list of changes in v5.8.0 Added: 1. Based on Crystal Reports v11 2. Abililty to have CD choose the update interval (now found by clicking the 'Config' button) 3. Ability to change color scheme (found by clicking the 'Config' button) 4. Drop down list for export prompts (was removed in 5.7.5 due to new grid)
