Fixes and bug introduced in 6.0.4 that caused the report to not export/print/email.

1. Modified the method used for handling the dynamic parameter Today+-N when used in conjuction with a custom calendar 2. Allow edits to an existing custom calendar. 3. When editing an existing custom calendar, the start and end dates are of the set based on the dates in the custom calendar. 4. ***BETA** Added the option for SMTP user authentication. This option has been added at the request of a user. I am not able to test this since my SMTP server does not require authentication.
