Error 1931: Windows Installer Service 5.2.3790.2453
Hello I installed Crystal Delivery 6.1.8 on my windows 2003 server SP1 and during the installation it showed me the following window: Error 1931. The Windows Installer service cannot update the file system file C:\windows\system32\itss.dll because the file is protected by Windows. You may need to update your operating system for this program to work correctly. Package version: 5.2.3790.2453, OS protected version 5.2.3790.2427 After a click on the button OK, the installation continued successfully. The problem is that I can't use all options of crystal Delivery. The configuration of a report is not possible. question 1: Is the application Crystal Delivery working on a windows 2003 server SP1 operating system? question 2: how can I update the file itss.dll or and itircl.dll to get the same version as the Crystal Delivery MSI package?
