Update/upgrade to a newer version
Hi, i'am new in crystal delivery. Fantastic program!! The last time (update/upgrade to 7.0.6.7) i had to remove the older version from my computer to install the new program. Is this correct? Or how can i install an update to be sure not to loose any data? Thanks Timo

Timo, The uninstall does not remove any of the scheduled reports. The new versions will use the same data folders so your reports will be available.

I just upgraded to the newest version and the reports which were set-up in a previous version were not pulled into this version. I backed-up the list from the old version thinking I could import them instead and this didn't work either. Please advise.

Was you new install in the same directory as your old install? If not, you can manually copy the ScheduleReports folder from the old location to the new location.

I copied the folder from the old location to the new location and still nothing. I'm hoping I can get this to work since I have many reports that would need to be entered by hand.
