Once again, great product...

We use CD for 2 purposes: to automate the delivery of periodic reports (as intended), and to provide a viewer for Crystal Reports for read-only access, allowing for some of report parameters to be pre-set.

In 5.7, I could install multiple instances of the program - one for automated use, another for manual use. In 5.9, the .msi does not allow for a second install (repair or remove, once the application is installed). Likewise, the program complains if there is another instance of the application running, and will not launch.

...Is there any way to either:
o Change the application to allow for multiple instances to run, with different sets of configured reports.
o Change the user interface to ivdividually set some reports to be scheduled, and still allow some reports to be manually viewed.

Thanks again!

Does setting the frequnecy to 'Do Not Export' give you what you need?

If you want a second install, you should be able to simply copy your install folder (..Crystal Delivery) to another folder.
