| The hh.exe is used for the help file only, so it is not tied to the error. As far as I know, CD will not work on 2003 and I do not have access to a 2003 box to debug. I am hoping that by rewriting the code in VB.Net that this issue will go away. |

| Yes, the current version of Crystal Delivery was written in VB6. I am in process of rewriting the program in VB.Net. |

Make sure you have started all the appropriate services for you to communicate with your database. Was the Report created on your machine? If you are running a .rpt created for either an Oracle DB or MSSQL DB - then you may need to revise your serever connection setup. Click on the double arrows at the end of your file name in Crystal Delivery to access these settings.
Furthermore, If you are unning either an oracle or mssql crystal report then will also need to enter your password settings: ;;Password=yourpassword
Note: It would be great if the login window (username and password) popped up before the parameter window - to ensure a secure login.
