Error '53' when Uprading to v. 5.9

I was on CD v. 5.8.5 and have upgraded to v. 5.9

I restarted and went to open the settings of any report and I get the following error message:

Run-Time error '53':
File not found

I did use the backup option before upgrading and if I use the restore button it looks like it refreshes the reports.

However I still cannot get into the parameter/setting view and reports do not schedule anymore.

I currently have 52 different reports scheduled that i cannot use anymore.

Help will be much appreciated.
