Dynamic Text: Parameter Values %PVx%

I have a report that takes one parameter. For the report settings in Crystal Delivery, i don't enter in a value for the parameter and I leave the box checked for "Prompt for missing parameters when exporting." So when I manually export the report I'm prompted to enter a value. The report exports and gets emailed, but text %PV1% shows up in the subject in the email instead of the value that I had inputed. If I go back into the report settings and enter in a value before I export, then %PV1% does get replaced properly.

In addition, I think that the strings %PVx% (all possible) should not be displayed when there is a null value for them.
