I forgot about this.

There used to be text labels under the icons. They're gone now. I'm pretty sure they went away when I updated to version 5.6.2. I'd like them back. Otherwise I keep having to use the tooltip to see what some of the icons are for. I don't see any option to display/hide the labels and I didn't see anything about it in the help file.

Is there a way to turn the icon labels back on? If not, could you make it optional? A command line argument would be fine. I'd just add it to my shortcut. Thanks. (Again :-)

Right click and you should have the option to turn the icon label on and off.

Right click where? On the icon(s) or somewhere else? I know I tried right-clicking. I think I tried it on the icons and in the top section of the window (both beside and above the icons). At the top of the window I got the usual options (Restore, Minimize, etc.). I don't think I got anything when I tried right-clicking on the icons or beside them. I can't remember if I tried right-clicking within the window. I was looking for something in/around where the icons are, so it may not have occurred to me to try it within the window. I'll try right-clicking again tomorrow and see if I missed something.

You were right of course. I just had to right-click within the window. I'd been trying on and around the icons themselves. It never occurred to me to try it in the window. :-)

One other thing. Is it my imagination or did the caption for the Start/Stop icon used to change to "Stop" after you started the scheduler? Now it always says "Start", which was momentarily confusing when the scheduler was already running and I wanted to stop it. It kind of seems like it used to change to "Stop", but I could be totally wrong about that.

Either way, it's not a big deal. It was just a little confusing, I think partly just because I thought I remembered it saying "Stop" before.

It should change to stop. If it doesn't do that now, then it was an oversight on my part when I added the icon label on/off option. It will be back in the next release.

Yep, I just tried it again and it definitely stays "Start". Like I said, it's a little confusing at first glance, but not a big deal, so whenever you get a chance ... In the meantime, the way the other icons are "disabled" makes it easy to see when the scheduler is running, regardless of what the Start/Stop button says. :-)
