DB login for every report

We're using an SQL DB and, in the little bit I've played with CC, I've noticed that I have to enter the DB password every time I run a new report. If I use refresh on a report that I've already run, it doesn't ask for the password again, but whenever I run a new report, I have to re-enter the DB password. When running reports from CR, it seems to keep you logged into the DB, or at least remembers the password, for a time, so you don't have to re-enter the password with each new report that uses the same DB.

Any chance that CC could remember the DB password, or is that just how the CR report viewer routines work?
