I have just recently installed Crystal Delivery for the first time and am trying to figure out how it works. I added my report as a schedule and viewed it...everything worked fine. The report viewed without a problem. I then set up the report to export. I used "Forced Export" and i set the export folder to "C:test.pdf" Nothing happens but the status bar at the bottom of the program just says "Exporting report" and never changes. When i try to view the report again (which worked before the export) i get an error that says "Logon Failure." Any suggestions? I am using Crystal XI and reporting off of a SQL db on another server.

I found a workaround solution to my problem. For some reason, when i add a new report to the schedule, the report works fine. As soon as a double click the report to edit the export options it no longer works and says "Logon Failure." What i have to do is every time i open up the report options, i have to remove all connection strings. The next time it runs, it automatically grabs the default connection strings and works great. Any clues to what the problem may be?

THanks!

were you able to find any resolution to this problem? we've run into this problem as well and its create a lot of issues. we can easily go in and resolve it, however that requires someone to go physically touch each report we have setup.

no, i haven't been able to solve it, other than by deleting the connection strings. If you figure anything out, let me know. I've worked on it quite a while and haven't been able to figure anything out.
