|
|
I have been playing around with the program for a month or two and love it. I set up one or two reports to run, then slowly added a few more, up to about 15 running at different times. I came in to work last Monday and noticed that none of the reports fired. I've been tinkering with it all week to see if I could figure out what was going on. Basically, I click Delivery Mode and the bar at the bottom of the screen says "Manual mode". Click again and it says "Run History Check". If I leave it in this state, it still won't run the scheduled reports. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Rob

| I have played with virtually every setting and still, my reports are not exporting automatically. I can highlight them and hit export, they work great. So, no one has a clue what might be causing this function to stop working? |

| I look at your mainlist.txt file and you have a problem with your Export Interval. It is currently list as: Every Days. That is Every, two spaces, then Days. This indicates that you did not enter a number in the Value box when selecting your export interval. If you entered any number greater than 1, it would show: Every # Days. If you enter 1, it would show Every Day. That is Every, one space, then Day (no s). |

| Thanks for the assistance. I reset the export interval to Day - 1. Yesterday about half of the reports ran, the others did not. Last night only 1 report ran. I haven't changed the export interval and it is still set to Everyday. |

What are the Last Export times?
Is it possible that the window for the one report that ran overlapped the other run windows?
Also - how long does the report take to run if you view? |

I just installed this and started playing around with it. I too am having the same sort of problems. I can schedule a report, I can export it and having the email option defined, get the email. However, when I try to have it run automatically... nothing. I have it scheduled for every day (valid export days blank or filled in seems not to matter) and set the time. The time then comes... and goes... nothing. Am I somehow missing a "last step", like one that says "really activate this schedule"? _________________ Steven Guenther

I've begun to have issues with Auto mode. Some reports export, some don't. Nothing has changed on the machine so it's hard to figure out what the heck is causing the problem.
