Recently I've had trouble with a scheduled export. The report runs - the run history shows it ran but the results are to be exported to an excel file but that doesn't happen. I've had success in the past but not now. One change is the computers now lock after 15 min (IT set this up company-wide) and this export happens after hours so my computer is locked. But this does work sometimes and I've done some testing during the day and it does export when the computer is locked so not clear if this is the problem. Anything else that could be causing this issue?

Well, the export started to work for no apparent reason for about a week then last night did not export. I did nothing to the computer or the program yesterday.
I would appreciate some suggestions, this problem is affecting work.

Nice to see the timely replies there!

I am having the same problem.

I notice that this message keeps coming into the log files:

15/05/2008 10:55:38
Messasge: No files found matching 'C:Program FilesGroff AutomationCrystal DeliveryScheduledReports*.tmp'.
Source: Microsoft.VisualBasic
Stack Trace: at Microsoft.VisualBasic.FileSystem.Kill(String PathName)
at CrystalDelivery.modGlobals.KillTemp()
Target Site: Void Kill(System.String)

What is this all about? It logged one second after the report export time. And I find it puzzling as there are a number *.tmp files in that folder.
