I've just upgraded to 7.0.7.0 but made no difference Crying or Very sad

For a month or two, CD has been exporting 70-80 PDFs to a network location perfectly so I decided to try automatic emailing to save me time. Whilst an email gets sent okay, there is no attachment.

1. On the Schedule tab, "Allow remote export of this report". IS selected.
2. On the Email Export tab, "Disable Export Email" is NOT selected.
3. On the Email Export tab, there are valid email addresses in the To and From fields (and the emails arrive at destination).
4. On the Export Directory tab, it makes no difference whether or not a PDF is produced for the network (still no attachment).
5. Under Tools > Email Settings, apparently valid email settings have been entered - as evidenced by the fact that the main email arrives - but without attachment).

Any ideas would be very welcome. This has been racking my (small) brain for a few days now.
