In CD 6 you could export a file as .TXT file but save the file name as .CSV when the file was exported.

I have some reports that have set formating requirments and the easyiest way to manage the data is to great a fomula and format the data in side the foluma (includeing adding all the comas) how I need it . Then export the file as a TXT file to retain the formating.

I have upgraded to CD 7 and can no longer do this, when I select the export type to be a TXT file and change the file name the file is exported as a .csv with lots of addtion data in the file.

Can the File type be a text file but saved with the CSV extiension in CD7?

Regards,
Shaun
