Crystal Corral (1.0.0.7) is Not Displaying Entire Report

I am running Crystal Corral on Windows XP SP3 using reports that were developed with Crystal XI.

During installation, I was prompted to install the .Net 2.0 Environment, so I followed the link to download the installation package, but could not find .Net 2.0, so I ended up using .Net 3.5.
When a report is viewed, about 1/8 of the report content is being displayed, and the content is enlarged to fill the visible area. In other words, Crystal Corral is only displaying the upper left-hand section of the report and it is enlarging that section within the viewable area.

The problem I was having was caused by the default printer (label printer). I changed the default printer and now Crystal Corral is working nicely. Thanks for the great viewer!
