I have 3 reports setup to run on the last day of the month at 11:55pm, so they show the months data.......however I have just found out that the reports are being sent everyday!!

They are setup to run on “Specific day of the month” value “Last Day”

-----------------

As a result I am going to set them up to run on the “First Day” of the month, my problem being the parameters I want to send:-

1st Report:-
Parameter Name:-Year Start:-[y]
Parameter Name:-Month Start:-[m]

2nd Report:-
Parameter Name:-Year Start:-[y]
Parameter Name:-Month Start:-[m]

3rd Report:-
Parameter Name:-Year Start:-[y]

I do not know how I can get the [y] to work, as in January I will actually be wanting to send it as the year before (thus I was doing it on the last day of the month)

For months I can do [m:-1], but at a loss what to do for year????

Also, am I right to presume in January [m:-1] will equal 12?
