Auto export doesn't always export

I have one report that exports to excel once a day. It was set to Mon thru Sat. A couple of months ago after no trouble, it started to be rather finicky whether it would export or not. It would export one day then the next day not. I could get it started again by setting the time to be in a few minutes from now then once it exported put it back to when it should export. It would work for while then stop. Then I noticed it would stop after Sat (it wasn't scheduled to run on Sun). So I set it to run on Sun then it worked for awhile. Then it stopped exporting after the end of the month - export on the last day of the month, not on the first.
Also it won't work if I have to close it for any reason, like a reboot, if I just reopen, it won't export later that day. As I said the only way to get it going again is to set the auto export time to a few minutes from now, it exports, then set the time back to when it should export. At this point I feel like I have to check it every day. And I am about ready to chuck it...except when this program works it's great. It's just so finicky. And I see from this message board other folks are having the same problem of it stopping the auto export seemingly out of the blue.
Please help before I throw this out the window.

I also got the problem, CD is unstable and I could not find out the reason...
Anyone has any idea?
I'm using version 7.0.7.0
