Reports not refreshing

I've just upgraded to 8.0.0.1 and have a major problem.

Each report exports to the correct directory but does not appear to refresh itself, instead just exporting saved data.

any ideas?

In Crystal Reports, open the report and verify the 'Save Data With Report' in not checked (in the File menu I think).

I have the same issue - I want my Crystal 9 reports to run each night, but the data isn't getting refreshed.

As suggested I unchecked the 'Save Data With Report' option, and now I don't get a report produced at all - presumably because there's no data? Confused
