I'm new to Crystal Delivery so no completely familiar with it's features and limitation, but from my reading the forum, I believe that emailing a report to a list of recipients where each recipient receives a report with unique data is possible using a parameter list and the 'burst' function.

I have a report where this is possible, but what would make up the parameter list changes regularly. Normally the report runs as a single report and I get a new page for each different recipient. I can't see how this is possible as even if I could get it to email to the correct recipients, it would send the entire report to each recipient instead of their pertinent page.

My question is whether I can create the parameter list at run time using a SQL query (in this case the select statement from my initial report), or failing that can the parameter list be loaded from a file which I can create using the same select statement prior to run? This way it could run the report individually for each recipient and send them only their information.

Thanks,

Mark
